Sierra Leone

Sierra Leone is a country in West Africa and is well known for its diamonds. The country is also one of the largest producers of titanium, bauxite and one of the major producers of gold. Democracy has been slowly implemented after the country survived the effects of the devastating civil war from 1991 to 2002.

Sierra Leone is a country rich in natural resources, be they from the land or the sea. It is also home to the third largest natural harbor in the world, which makes it a very important stopover for ships traversing that area. The country is still in the process of rebuilding infrastructure after the civil war, and it is showing signs that it will recover soon.
